Job Description - Customer Support Administrator

Amour Recruitment is working for a great company based in Hull who is seeking a Customer Support Administrator.

If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, problem solving and working in a great team, then this job is for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls/emails and deal with all requests
  • General admin including photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Using mail merges to deliver correspondence to customers
  • Maintain managers diary
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers

Personal requirements:

  • Must be well organised and completely self-motivated.
  • Confident personality
  • Excellent admin/customer service skills are essential.
  • Great team player

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: £24,400

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking plus chance of progression.
