Job Description - Customer Support Administrator

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work for a global engineering company based at their Waterlooville office.

This role is pivotal in supporting the continued business’ growth strategy by delivering excellent customer service to existing and lapsed clients.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with quotes including preparation and follow ups
  • Responding to all customer queries via email, phone and webchat
  • Proactive management of customer orders
  • Supporting sales team with managing all inbound enquiries
  • Account management

Personal requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Sales/Customer Service role is essential
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM tools and MS Office
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Strong customer relationship skills

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700

Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
