Customer Support Administrator
Location: Casterton Rd, Stamford, Lincs
Salary: up to £28, 000 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday
The company provides businesses and homes with comprehensive fire, intruder or security systems which are individually designed. They are the security systems company that businesses and homeowners across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas trust to protect their properties and families. With over 25 years of supplying security equipment from their office on Casterton Road, Stamford they have a reputation built on their commitment to the highest quality standards in security.
The Role
This role will be responsible for their customer support and supporting their engineering teams ensuring an excellent customer experience in order to support their field-based installation team (x 4) install and service Intruder systems, Fire alarm systems, CCTV, Access Control and Gates and Barriers. You will be eager make your mark on this role, and looking for a long term, permanent role in a well-established and very reputable Stamford based family company.
The duties include:
Skills and Qualifications
You will be an experienced administrator who is able to provide first class customer service.
Due to the nature of their business the successful applicant will be required to be security screened/police checked.
