We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via multiple communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication and analysis skills within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Manage customer accounts by performing accurate data entry and updating relevant information in the system.
* Analyse customer issues to identify solutions, providing clear guidance and support tailored to individual needs.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure a high level of service quality.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and share best practices for continuous improvement.
* Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may
* include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities , despatch activities and local customer service. While
* operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer support or related roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrable phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively.
* Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently within a team environment.
HOURS: 16.00 - 20.00
