Customer Support Agent

Customer Support Agent - Cardiff - 35 hours a week - Immediate start - £14.29-£15.38 per hour -3-6 months

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is proud to be working with a leading financial institution who put their customer at the heart of everything they do, they are looking for a small team of individuals who are great communicators to help resolve arrears queries in a people first, professional manner.

The Opportunity:

Dealing with inbound calls with a "how can I help you approach?" This is a role where empathy and compassion are essential, if you have a background dealing with vulnerable people this is a great role for you. This is not a contact centre role, rather a role where you will enable customers to get back on track.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with inbound calls and ensuring solutions are right for the customer
Logging the outcomes on the CRM system
Making pre-arranged outbound callsEssential Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Good keyboard skills
Experience with sensitive conversations
Compassion and empathy
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECKWhat you will get in return:

Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends
Hybrid working environment (8 days a month in the office)
£14.29 p- £15.38 per hour
