Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their fast-growing, tech-driven software business, which serves over 200,000 users. This role involves providing top-tier customer support through video, chat, SMS, and phone calls, ensuring users receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in navigating websites and online dashboards.
• Providing VIP-level customer service with prompt and efficient responses.
• Clearly explaining products and services to users of all technical abilities.
• Troubleshooting issues and ensuring customers always leave satisfied.

• Rotating shift pattern: standard hours 9-6, with shifts of either 1-10.00, 7-4 or 9-6.
