Our client is seeking a pro-active Customer Support & Sales data specialist - Hybrid working once trained
Are you a highly organised customer service professional with strong systems knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join a small successful team. This is a varied role where you will work supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle, from quotation and order placement through to delivery and after-sales support.
The Role As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, resolving queries, and ensuring customers receive a first-class service at every stage of their journey. You will act as the primary internal contact for customer account enquiries, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Process credits, debits and customer account amendments. Maintain and update customer master data records. Monitor customer credit limits in line with company procedures. Prepare and issue technical quotations with accurate pricing and lead times. Respond to customer enquiries regarding quotations, order status, deliveries and ETAs. Investigate and resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages and complaints. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Produce regular reports and performance statistics.Technical Skills Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales or Order Management role. Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Strong reporting and analytical capabilities. SAP would be an advantage Salesforce CRM would be an advantage Power BI, Power Apps an advantage High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.This is an opportunity to work for a globally recognised and innovative organisation.
