Customer Support Assistant

A well regarded city based investment manager is looking to recruit an Customer Services professional.

The role will focus on providing a high level of service to retail investors and financial advisers , handling queries and supporting the administration of a range of tax-efficient investment products.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage investor and adviser queries via telephone and email.

* Process investor transfers, redemptions and exits.

* Support investor communications, valuations, reports and factsheets.

* Assist the Retail Sales team with client and investor activity.

* Help improve processes, service levels and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate:

* 1 years’ experience in financial services, client services or a customer-facing role.

* Good understanding of financial services and retail investment products.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
