We are looking for an organised, proactive and analytical Customer Support Assistant to join our busy Commercial team on a part-time, job-share basis.
This is a varied role that combines administration, customer support, product analysis and project coordination. Working closely with colleagues across several departments, you'll help deliver valuable customer insights, support product development activities and provide high-quality analysis to assist business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Commercial team, including printing, binding, packing and posting documents.
* Assist with the development of new and existing products by working alongside internal teams.
* Maintain and update internal systems accurately.
* Prepare customer, product and market analysis, including competitor information where required.
* Support commercial projects and business initiatives.
* Carry out regular store visits to monitor products and market activity.
* Conduct product testing and record findings.
* Collate, analyse and present sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Produce professional presentations and reports to support customer meetings and commercial activities.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience supporting internal and external customers.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
* A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* Previous experience within a commercial, marketing, product development or customer support role.
* Experience working within a fast-paced consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
