Customer Support Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to join one of our clients, a leading fitness equipment provider based in Milton Keynes, who are on a massive growth trajectory.

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you be the first point of contact for incoming telephone and email enquiries. You will also process orders, liaise with other departments, monitor inventory levels and coordinate the logistics of stock movement and installation.

The successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Support Coordinator

• Answering inbound calls and deal with email enquiries
• Liaise with internal departments, process sales orders, review and allocate stock
• Coordinating deliveries, installations and the logistics of stock movement
• Raising purchase orders, invoicing and monitoring stock levels

Key Skills for a Customer Support Coordinator

• Customer Service experience
