What You'll Do
• Be the first line of support for customers and installers during installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by analysing system data and following established processes.
• Deploy software updates and provide real-world performance feedback to the technical team.
• Collaborate on enhancements to customer and installer portals.
• Ensure timely communication and clear follow-ups across the team.
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience in customer service or tech support, ideally in a technical or electrical setting.
• Strong interest in tech and clean energy, with a quick grasp of new systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or electronics is advantageous.
• Methodical and process-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Linux, Raspberry Pi, Python, or shell scripting.
