Customer Support Executive

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the hospitality industry? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and people-focused Customer Support Executive to join our clients growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from hospitality into a fast-paced, rewarding role where your communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities truly shine.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and issues in a professional and solution-focused manner
  • Troubleshoot problems and escalate to relevant departments when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system
  • Help improve customer support processes by sharing feedback and ideas
  • Be a brand ambassador, delivering a positive and helpful experience at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or events
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Empathy, patience and a calm professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems
  • Tech-savvy with basic familiarity using email, CRM tools, or customer service platforms (training provided)

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a bonus but not essential)
