Every Step Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join a successful business based in Watford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer support professional with a background in a customer-focused office environment, looking for a varied office-based role within a friendly and supportive team.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, supporting day-to-day business operations and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email

Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Resolving issues and providing effective solutions

Processing and updating information on internal systems

Supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks

Working collaboratively with different departments across the business

Ensuring records are maintained accurately and efficiently

Skills and attributes required:

Previous experience within a customer-focused office environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience handling customer enquiries via telephone and email

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence using multiple systems and maintaining accurate records

The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy environment

A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
