As a STAR Expert, you'll be the face of Mercedes-Benz, helping customers discover the innovative features, technology, and benefits of our vehicles while creating memorable showroom experiences.

• Package circa £33K OTE

• 45hrs per week across a 7 day soft working pattern

We're keen to hear from individuals who:

• Have a genuine passion for the automotive industry and the Mercedes-Benz brand.

• Enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have previous customer-facing experience, ideally within automotive, retail, hospitality, or a premium customer service environment.

• Are confident presenting products and demonstrating features in an engaging way.

• Have a proactive, positive, and professional approach.

• Are quick to learn technical information and able to explain it clearly to customers.

• Hold the right to work in the UK.

• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.

As a STAR Expert, you will:

• Welcome customers and support them throughout their showroom journey.

• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the latest Mercedes-Benz technology and features.

• Act as a product specialist, keeping up to date with new models, innovations, and industry developments.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to handover.

• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up support.

• Support dealership events, product launches, and marketing activities that promote the Mercedes-Benz brand.
