Customer Support German Speaking

We have an exciting opportunity for a German speaking Customer Support Coordinator to join one of our clients, a leading fitness equipment provider based in Milton Keynes, who are on a massive growth trajectory.

As a German speaking Customer Support Coordinator, you will be supporting the German division of the company by acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and email enquiries. You will be liaising with internal departments, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries and installations and supporting with customer support where needed.

As a Customer Support Coordinator you will be fluent in German (both spoken and written), have a great attention to detail and have proven customer service experience.
