Job Description - Customer Support Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving client engagement and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

A fast-growing digital startup is preparing to launch an innovative platform in the UK, aimed at transforming how people connect with trusted professionals. They're currently looking for an enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to join their team.

Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, onboarding new clients onto the platform, ensuring exceptional service and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to align client strategies and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Provide valuable client feedback to inform platform enhancements and service improvements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, client industries, and competitor offerings.
  • Track and report on relationship management activities and outcomes using CRM tools.

Profile

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or building and maintaining relationships.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships

  • Confidence using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively

  • A proactive and self-driven mindset, focused on creating value and long-term client success

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
