Customer Support Manager

We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing and leading customer support team

*

Monitoring and reporting on tracking tools

*

Performing employee evaluations and developing employees

*

Acting as escalation point for operational tasks

*

Setting up KPIs and other strategic initiatives

*

Conducting capacity and workplace planning

*

Ensuring specific support for Tier1 customers

*

Occasional travel to other offices

*

Ensuring the team implements best practices

The successful candidate will have:

*

Experience in a similar role

*

Proficiency with client/server network structures

*

Understanding of enterprise application environments

*

Experience working with CRM systems, ideally SalesForce

*

Experience leading a team

*

Customer focussed mindset

*

Excellent attention to detail

*

Proficiency with Microsoft Office desktop products
