Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Customer Support Representative at Intelligent Pensions Ltd. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve communication with colleagues and customers, troubleshooting problems, and assisting with various customer support and administration tasks. Some remote work is possible, but the role is primarily located in Glasgow and will require the succesful applicant to attend the Glasgow office on specified days.
