Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

£25k pa + annual bonus

Worcester

Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm & 9am - 5.30pm

Remote working available following probation/training 3/2 split

Free Parking

Customer service skills and experience are essential to this role. It is crucial that you are a self-starter who aspires to develop and have the desire to support customers. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail is also desirable.

The role:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new products and services to existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and upselling solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Develop tailored product recommendations based on customer needs, industry trends, and business challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on using products to achieve their online success.
  • Regularly check in with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of their purchased solutions.

The candidate:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with a diverse customer base.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
