Customer Support Technician - Based Buckinghamshire

Salary up to £29,000 depending on experience plus quarterly bonus, enhanced pension, private healthcare, 33 days holidays and many more benefits

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced business who are seeking a client-driven Customer Support Technician to join a fast-paced growing business and for candidates who are looking to develop their career in the Automotive, Motorsports or Technology related industry.

As a Customer Support Technician, you will have a strong customer service background with a genuine technical interest OR have technical customer support experience ideally within the automotive, motorsports or a technology related role, (full product training will be given).

Candidates must be fluent in English, written and spoken and able to demonstrate excellent communication with proficient writing skills.

You will be self-motivated and able to work with minimum of supervision with ability to grasp, learn and develop quickly.

You will provide excellent customer technical support to clients via the phone, email and Microsoft Teams to clients and a network of distributors on a global basis and have a logical approach to troubleshooting with ability to multi-task
