An opportunity has become available for a Customs Administrator to join a busy operational environment supporting international movement of goods and day to day administrative processes.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in customs, freight, shipping, logistics administration or import/export support who enjoys working in a fast paced and organised setting.

Key areas of responsibility:

Completing and maintaining operational and customs related documentation
Supporting import and export administration activities
Reviewing information for accuracy and resolving discrepancies where required
Liaising with internal departments and external partners
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting smooth movement of goods through effective administration
Assisting with process improvements and service delivery standards
Suitable backgrounds may include:

Customs administration
Freight forwarding support
Import / export coordination
Shipping administration
Logistics administration
Supply chain support
We're looking for someone who:

Has strong attention to detail
Can prioritise workload effectively
Communicates confidently with multiple stakeholders
Is comfortable working with systems and operational paperwork
Brings a proactive and team focused approach
