We’re looking for an experienced Customs & Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join a busy and growing international Freight Forwarding company

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on customs experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, managing shipments and working with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas agents.

What You'll Be Doing

* Managing customs clearance for European and Rest of World shipments

* Preparing and submitting customs declarations

* Monitoring shipments and resolving any issues or delays

* Coordinating transport and liaising with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas agents

* Maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation

* Supporting freight forwarding operations and administration

* Assisting with compliance and audit reporting

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in customs, freight forwarding, logistics or shipping

* Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Confident communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines

* Experience with Verso, Descartes, Destin8, CNS or IPAFFS would be an advantage
