• Process import and export customs entries using CDS.

• Monitor shipments and update clients on clearance progress.
• Resolve any customs-related queries efficiently.

• Previous experience in a customs clearance role (minimum 1 year).
• Strong understanding of UK customs procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency with customs software (e.g., Descartes, ASM Sequoia, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
