We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected freight forwarder, for an experienced Customs Entry/Declaration Clerk.
What you’ll do:
• Prepare and complete import & export customs entries
• Handle queries on commodity codes, duty rates, licences & documentation
• Calculate Duty & VAT per consignment and process duty reclaims
• Keep everything compliant with current & evolving customs legislation
Key Skills:
Solid experience in a freight-forwarding environment
Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures & principles
Sequoia software experience is a big plus
Monday to Friday pm
