Role Title: Cutover & Go -Live Lead

Clearance: SC Clearance – Mandatory

Location: UK -Based, Hybrid (Onsite strongly required during Cutover & Go -Live period)

Lead the planning and technical execution of the transition from legacy systems to the Workday production environment, ensuring a controlled, secure and successful Go -Live event followed by structured Hypercare support.

Develop and maintain a detailed, governance -approved cutover plan aligned to phased implementation. Coordinate data freeze periods, final migration loads, integration activation and system validation activities. Define cutover checkpoints, fallback procedures and contingency controls. Ensure alignment of technical, functional and operational readiness prior to Go -Live. Coordinate cross -supplier execution during go -live window including Data Migration, Testing and Functional streams. Validate that reporting, payroll and financial processes are operational in production. Oversee initial Hypercare execution including structured issue triage, monitoring and resolution processes. Support documentation handover and knowledge transfer to retained service management capability. Ensure cyclical update impact assessments and readiness procedures are documented during Hypercare.

Extensive experience leading ERP cutover activities including Workday deployments. Proven ability to manage high -risk go -live events in regulated environments. Strong understanding of data freeze strategy, rollback planning and hypercare governance. Experience coordinating multi -stream technical transitions.

Approved cutover plan, successful Go -Live execution, hypercare transition documentation, BAU readiness confirmation.
