CX Service Product Analyst

Title: CX Service Product Analyst-INSIDE IR 35
Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid – 2 days WFO)
Contract: 3 months
 

Key Requirements:

Experience: 12–15 years

Technical Skills: Strong experience in Oracle, specifically Oracle CX Service/Oracle Service Cloud

Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle Service Cloud solutions.

Ensure alignment with client objectives, best practices, and scalability.

Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

Agile environment experience essential.

Client and vendor management capabilities.

Notes / Observations

This is a short-term contract (3 months), likely for a specific implementation or upgrade project.

Requires a senior professional with deep Oracle CX Service knowledge.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are expected.

Hybrid work implies some office presence in Reading, which is common for client interactions.
