Security Engineer (DV Cleared) - Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)

🔐We’re looking for DV-cleared Security Engineers to join a high-profile secure programme, working across complex Defence environments in Huntingdon Cambridgeshire.

You’ll work alongside a Security Engineering Lead and wider engineering teams to implement, maintain and improve security controls across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain security tooling and technical controls

Develop and maintain security baselines and secure configurations

Assess vulnerabilities and implement effective risk mitigation

Support SIEM, protective monitoring and security logging

Work across Windows, Linux, virtualisation, networking and endpoint security

Support security accreditation, testing and verification activities

Produce technical/design documentation and security artefacts

Technical Experience

Experience across several of the following:

Endpoint Protection, Malware Protection, Application Control & DLP

SIEM / Protective Monitoring

Firewalls, proxies, mail gateways and network security

Windows & Linux security

Virtualisation and hybrid cloud environments

PKI, LDAP, SAML & authentication technologies

CIS / NIST / MOD security requirements

Secure system accreditation and security engineering

This is a great opportunity for a DV-cleared Security Engineer looking for a long-term contract working on complex, security-critical Defence systems
