Cyber Security Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Cyber Security Specialist to join a small, experienced team working across internal tooling, product security, and engineering. This isn’t a SOC or helpdesk role — it’s a technical, problem-solving position focused on internal platforms, product resilience, and cyber tooling across multiple business verticals.

You’ll be part of a team that operates as the last line of defence, working closely with IT, product, and infrastructure teams across the UK and US. The role involves security tooling, protocol reviews, and translating design concepts into documentation and architecture decisions.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong IT infrastructure background (build, deployment, networking)
• Progression into security from an engineering background
• Experience working on internal tools, product engineering, or CDC environments
• Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and solving undefined problems
• Not from a SOC-only, DevOps, or helpdesk background
