Cyber Underwriter

IPS Group are looking for a Cyber Underwriter who wants to build and shape a strong portfolio, working alongside a supportive team and well-established broker relationships. The role is open in several locations including Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, or Glasgow, and offers a real blend of autonomy, collaboration, and influence. You’ll be managing your own accounts, supporting less experienced colleagues, and contributing directly to how the business grows.

Whether you’re already an Underwriter looking to go deeper into the Cyber space, or a Cyber broker considering a move into underwriting, we’re open to different backgrounds. What matters most is your ability to think commercially, communicate confidently, and bring insight to an area that’s anything but static.

You’ll work closely with brokers to understand their clients’ needs, assess risk, and make decisions that strike the right balance between opportunity and caution. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be in the middle of the action, not watching from the sidelines. And because this is Cyber, you’ll be part of something that’s constantly evolving a challenge for sure, but also a rare chance to shape how this market develops.
