Role Summary
We are hiring a cycling coach who holds relevant qualifications and experience in the field of cycling and sports science. The person will provide long-term coaching, programming, and nutritional support to My Cycling Coach customers.

Responsibilities
Long-term programming of customer-specific training programs.
Providing daily support to customers through coaching calls, messenger, and email.
Analysing and providing feedback on customer training, performance, and nutrition data.
Display 100% commitment to ensuring customers achieve their goals both on and off the bike.
Managing customer database.
Working with other coaches, sports scientists, and admin staff to provide an outstanding level of customer experience and support.

Required Qualifications
BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Nutrition or a relevant discipline.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written English.
Understanding of the physiological and biomechanical demands of cycling.
Relevant experience in providing coaching, programming, and nutritional support to cyclists.
Relevant experience in prescribing and analysing power (watt) based testing and training to cyclists.
Relevant experience using online programming and monitoring software such as Trainingpeaks, Zwift, Garmin, Wahoo, TrainHeroic, Trainerize, or similar.
Computer literacy including experience in communicating and coaching individuals remotely.
