D365 F&O Software Engineering Manager
📍 Windsor, UK (Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite)

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Software Engineering Manager to lead the delivery, development, and support of enterprise-scale ERP solutions. The successful candidate will manage technical teams, drive Azure DevOps and CI/CD best practices, oversee integrations with Azure, Power Platform and Dataverse, and ensure successful delivery of D365 F&O projects.

Key Skills:

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

* Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ALM

* Power Platform & Dataverse

* ERP integrations, APIs, and system architecture

* Team leadership and stakeholder management

* Finance, Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition, P2P & O2C processes

Requirements:

* 8+ years' ERP / enterprise application experience

* 3+ years managing development or engineering teams

* Proven D365 F&O implementation and transformation experience

* Strong Agile and DevOps background
