D365 Security/Environments Analyst

Our Grocery Service Centre, based near Liverpool, is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies within the ABF Grocery division. Supporting some of our well-known brands such as Kingsmill, Pataks, Blue Dragon, Jordans, Ryvita and Silver Spoon, amongst others. We deliver Shared Service activities across a wide range of disciplines including Customer Services, Consumer Care, Finance, Payroll, HR and IS.

As a D365/Environmental Services Analyst you will be responsible for, the continual delivery of services, support, maintenance, and assisting in projects in relation to our D365 environments. Working closely with our project team to assist with the migration of existing ERP environments into D365.

Key Accountabilities
Technically proficient with managing and supporting D365 environments and all associated technologies.
Assist in requirements and design guidance for our D365 migration project.
Communicate information to both internal and external teams.
Work in conjunction with the implementation delivery teams to develop D365 requirements that include scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as long term needs.
Provide current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
Provide additional technical support for other solutions within the application portfolio as required.
Continually update supporting documentation within the application portfolio.

The Right Person
Required Skills
Experience of managing system/software environments.
Detailed knowledge of D365 security and environments.
Good working knowledge of D365 LCS, Release controls and Azure DevOps
SYSADMIN experienceAbility to define business roles/profiles within D365.
Experience implementing/configuring/migrating ERP environments.
Technical project support.
Support ISV implementation and config.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
