D365 Trainer

Our client is currently underway with a D365 F&O implementation and is now moving into the training phase of the programme for the user base.

Supplementing an in-house training team, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of training across the core F&O modules within Dynamics to c1,500 users both virtually and in workshops.
Key Skills/Responsibilities
Demonstrable track record of D365 F&O training delivery including the Project Accounting module
In person, classroom-based training delivery
Designing and providing virtual courses including training materials, videos, and user guides
Strong MS Visio skills
Creation of documentation including training manuals, exercises and quick reference guides
Providing go live support plan including technical support
Support effective organisation-wide roll out of processes, applications and system updates
Strong communication and presentation ability
