D365FO Programme Manager - Home Based - £120,000p/a

Nigel Frank are representing a top-tier MS Gold Partner, assisting their search for a Programme Manager with a strong track record of delivering D365FO projects!

This is a delivery-focused role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of D365FO projects, ensuring that delivery teams are aligned, milestones are met, and risks are mitigated. You'll work closely with internal consultants, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery across the board.

Eligible candidates mut be based in the UK with the right to work. Travel can be UK wide, depending on client expectations, but cost of travel is compensated.

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of D365FO projects across multiple clients.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including consultants, developers, and testers.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance are maintained.
• Act as the main delivery contact for client-side project managers and stakeholders.

• Proven experience managing D365FO project delivery within a consultancy or partner environment.
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.
• Experience working with enterprise clients across legal and professional services sectors is desirable.
