D365FO Support Analyst - Yorkshire - £55K

Nigel Frank have been retained be a Yorkshire based organisation currently expanding their internal IT capability and looking to bring in a D365FO Support Analyst. This hire will play a key role in the upcoming projects. You'll also contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline processes, boost automation, and strengthen adoption across multiple departments.

This position offers a unique pathway for candidates working in support roles looking to transition into Application Management. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work in-office 3-4 days a week and have experience supporting Dynamics AX/365.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle second and third-line queries across a portfolio of business-critical applications (Dynamics AX/365, BI tools etc)
• Play a central role in Dynamics AX/365 and application-based project work, managing specific deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering support and insight to both technical and non-technical teams
• Support regular software roll outs and participate in system enhancement cycles
• Train and guide end-users during process changes or software deployments

Key Experience & Skills:

• Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics AX/365
• Familiarity with hybrid, cloud, and on-premise systems architecture
• Prior experience supporting enterprise-level business applications
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, able to work across departments including close collaboration with Finance
• Comfortable liaising with third-party vendors for support and implementation
• Demonstrated experience in system performance tuning, patching, and ongoing support
