DAM Administrator

As a DAM Librarian – Administrator, you’ll manage the day-to-day operation of our Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring assets are organised, compliant, and easy to find. You’ll play a key role in supporting creative delivery, marketing activity, and wider business needs.

**Please note this is a 2 year FTC**

As DAM Librarian – Administrator, you will…

• Ingest and catalogue digital assets into Greene King’s Sitecore Content Hub
• Apply and maintain accurate metadata, taxonomy, and version control
• Monitor usage rights, restrictions, and expiry dates to ensure compliance
• Act as first-line DAM support for Creative Services, Marketing, and external agencies
• Contribute to DAM improvement initiatives and support brand-led campaigns and projects

What you’ll bring…

• Proven experience managing digital assets and metadata standards
• Knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills across teams
• A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to maintaining DAM governance
