Job Description - Damp and Mould Operative

I am currently recruiting for a Damp and Mould Operative to join a housing association on a permanent basis covering the Swindon and surrounding areas.. This role involves working within occupied and void properties, completing repairs caused by damp and mould.

As a Damp and Mould Operative, you will receive:
  • 33k+ Overtime

As a Damp and Mould Operative, you will be:
  • Mould washing and applying mould treatment
  • Painting
  • Installing air vents, air bricks
  • Assisting with insulation installing


We are looking to speak to candidates with experience in any of the below:
  • Mould washing
  • Insulation (Loft and internal wall)
  • Rendering
  • Patching
  • Damp proofing
  • General building
  • Installing air bricks, drains, sofits, gutters

This role is mobile, so you must have a full driving licence, and be able to complete a DBS check.
