Damp and Mould Surveyor

Damp & Mould Surveyor – On-Call (Weekends Only)
Location: In and around Newham
Contract: Outside IR35

We are looking for experienced Damp & Mould Surveyors to join our on-call weekend team. This role involves attending properties across Newham to carry out visual inspections and produce detailed Schedules of Works.

Requirements:

Must have your own surveying equipment
Able to work weekends only on an on-call basis
Experience with Damp & Mould assessments
Ability to produce clear and accurate SOW reports
Reliable and able to attend appointments at short notice
