Job Summary:
We are currently looking for dedicated and talented plasterers or damp proofer to join our team. As a plasterer at Anke Damp Proofing, you will play a crucial role in our damp proofing projects, ensuring the smooth and efficient application of plaster finishes to surfaces. You will work closely with our team of experts to provide high-quality craftsmanship and deliver outstanding results to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills, work with a professional team, and contribute to the success of our company. Must be willing to travel to sites across the south east of England

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for plastering, including cleaning, leveling, and applying bonding agents when necessary
Mix and apply plaster to achieve desired finishes, using appropriate techniques and tools
Smooth and finish plaster surfaces to ensure a polished and flawless appearance
Repair and patch damaged or uneven surfaces prior to plaster application
Work collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless integration of plaster finishes with the overall project
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project
Maintain and clean tools and equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity
Requirements:

Proven experience as a plasterer or damp proofer in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and instructions
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Company vans will ne provided after probation period
Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are a plus
