Full-time 8.30 to 17.00

Join our dynamic team at a leading utility partner committed to accelerating the UK towards net zero. We are seeking a Design Support to assist our Electricity Design Team and help us achieve our mission of earning customer loyalty and driving business growth through consistently excellent service.

Day-to-day of the role:

Assist with administrative work within the Electricity Design Team, processing Embedded Generation applications.

Act as a coordinator for any correspondence to facilitate design work through the Electricity Design Team.

Provide a first point of contact for our customers and assist with the coordination of their projects.

Raise payment requests and process as required for project-related work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths, and a Science.

Experience in engaging with customers.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
