FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for a Data Administrator/ Junior Data Analyst

This role is perfect for a graduate, junior Analyst or strong administrator with an interest in Data Analytics.

Data Administrator responsibilities:

• Data capture tasks
• Ensure the precise collection of data to achieve reporting objectives.
• Set targets at both area and individual levels to drive performance management.
• Collaborate with deployment and maintenance teams to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Working on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, creating pivot tables and v-lookups
• To support the logging manager in maintenance of logging equipment to deadlines.
• Maintain data management practices in strict compliance with GDPR rules and guidelines.
• Drive effective and continuous improvement through innovative ideas and testing new methods.

Logging Data Analyst requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in an office environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (especially Microsoft Excel).
• Understanding of best practices for data capture.
• Familiarity with data analytics and interpretation.
• Ability to operate geographical information systems.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work alone & as part of the team to achieve targets is essential.
