???????We are supporting a growing organisation based in Crawley to recruit for a Data Administrator on a full time permanent basis to support the incoming and outgoing data from their in-house systems to customers and suppliers.

This is a Hybrid position with only 2 days on site required, 3 days from home.

Key Responsibilities for the Data Administrator:
- Joining a collaborative team of 5 to support with the data administration
- Analysing data incoming to the systems, spotting errors and inconsistencies
- Re formatting the incoming data accurately using in-house tools
- Submitting data for use by other teams internally and externally for billing purposes
- Internal reporting
- Spotting opportunities to streamline and improve data processing

Key Skills for the Data Administrator:
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Comfortable with large datasets
- Must be able to pick up new technology quickly
- Good team player with an inquisitive mind
