Data Administrator Posthub

Posthub, a leading provider of mailing solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team in Bristol.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound data and mailsort for Posthub DSA mailings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with job specifications. You will also perform data cleansing activities and liaise with customers and mailing houses regarding data queries.

This role offers hybrid working opportunities, allowing flexibility to work both remotely and from our Bristol office.

As a Data Administrator, you will:

• Accurately process inbound data using BBS sortation software.
• Conduct data cleansing to ensure high-quality, accurate outputs.
• Review and quality check data processed by other team members.
• Communicate effectively with customers and mailing houses regarding data queries.
• Support the Head of Data Management with projects and developments.
• Handle all data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

• Essential:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and a right-first-time mentality
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet demanding deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• At least one year of experience in an office environment
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths)
• Desirable:
• Knowledge of data formats and file types
• A-Level or higher qualification.
