Elevation IT are looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our client in West Yorkshire who are a dynamic manufacturing business. In this critical role, you will take ownership of master data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency and accessibility of key business information across systems and teams.

As Data Analyst you will work closely with stakeholders in operations, supply chain, and finance to build robust data structures, extract actionable insights, and drive data-led decisions across the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain master data across key business systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across departments
• Develop and optimise data structures to support operational efficiency
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL and other tools
• Present complex data in clear, visual formats for stakeholders
• Support business reporting and analytics requirements
• Work with MS Dynamics AX to manage core data inputs and workflows

We are keen to speak with Data professionals with following skill & experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of master data management principles
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with MS Dynamics AX (or similar ERP systems)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical teams
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, etc.)
