We’re seeking a confident and commercially focused Data Analytics Business Partner to drive business-critical insights and influence strategic decisions from the inside out.

This is a high-impact role at the centre of change—working directly with senior leaders to turn data into direction and embed a data-first mindset across the business.

What you’ll own:

• Be the insight engine – partner with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT to surface key opportunities.
• Translate data into impact – deliver compelling narratives through dashboards, reports, and presentations that drive action.
• Lead from the front – steer high-value, data-driven projects and shape strategic thinking at the top level.
• Champion data culture – promote smarter decision-making by embedding analytics into everyday workflows.
• Ensure data readiness – collaborate with central teams to guarantee data quality, accessibility, and consistency.
