• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and optimise requirements, ensuring data needs deliver actionable insights.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to support business reporting and meet business needs.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends and patterns, making recommendations to support decision-making.
• Automate data processes and improve reporting workflows.
• Advocate for data-driven decision making and share knowledge within the business.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting and data utilisation.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with data warehouse/Lakehouse and cloud-based technologies.
• Understanding of SQL or other query languages.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in non-technical terms.
