Data Analyst

A Lead Data Analyst / Officer is required for our client based in Doncaster. This is a hybrid position, approx. 1 day per week in the office (potential flexibility, but there will be an element of office visits).

Our client is looking for an Analyst who ideally has experience of safeguarding policies and practices. Therefore, the successful candidate will likely have experience within the public sector.

The postholder will be required to manage and review data collection systems to allow for effective monitoring of performance with a regard to quality to ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations, and local guidance. To advise strategic leaders about the implications of the changing health and social care agenda and to play a role in influencing / directing multi-agency arrangements to support change, and improve outcomes for children, young people and adults.

Experience

• Experience of data collection and analysis
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and timescales that may change unexpectedly.
• Experience of working in the safeguarding field
• Recent experience of communicating with and responding to requests (as appropriate) from regulatory / public sector bodies
