Are you a Data Analyst who's eager to grow in a forward-thinking business? We're looking for someone who can communicate insights clearly, build powerful dashboards, and bring fresh thinking to the table.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building intuitive dashboards to highlight operational bottlenecks ("log jams") and provide real-time insights to the wider team
  
• Translating complex data into plain English
  
• Identifying and analysing trends across systems, operations, and business units
  
• Supporting our journey into AI by bringing awareness or experience with data-driven automation
  
• Helping us make better decisions, faster
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong systems experience including tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• A self-motivated, ambitious attitude, you're keen to learn, grow, and make your mark
  
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation tools
  
• Ability to work collaboratively while driving your own projects forward
