The successful candidate will help the business understand performance across sales, manufacturing, and operations, enabling smarter decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly performance reports for senior leadership
• Collect, clean, and consolidate data from various sources (ERP and others)
• Analyse data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy and quality
• Support and improve reporting processes and tools
• Help departments use data more effectively in their decision-making
• Work with managers to introduce new performance-tracking methods
• Review existing reporting streams and recommend improvements
• Share best practices for data handling and reporting
• Carry out additional duties as required by the Operations Manager/Directors

• Strong Excel skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Logical and methodical approach to work
• Experience creating reports or queries using SQL

Data Analyst Salary & Benefits

• £30,000- £35,000
• Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
• Company pension scheme (3% employer, 5% employee)
• Eligible for private healthcare after
