Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver data analyses that contribute to business plan aspirations.
Determine the most suitable analytical approach for each project, showcasing your analytical skills.
Communicate findings through various mediums, including written reports, dynamic presentations, or visually compelling data visualizations.
Lead the effort to embed an evidence-led culture, inspiring and guiding internal stakeholders through the nuances of evidence assurance.
Navigate internal and external data sources with confidence, acting as a resource and offering advice to colleagues.
Share your data insights with diverse audiences, adapting your communication style to match the stakeholder landscape.

Essential:
Develop effective data analysis specifications.
Lead the design and analysis of intricate datasets, showcasing analytical skills.
Possess a solid understanding of statistical principles, gained through qualifications, degrees, or a proven track record in a similar role.
Work adeptly with large datasets, identifying trends, extracting critical factors, and translating them into a business context using various formats (reports, charts, infographics).
Command advanced skills in Power BI for compelling data visualizations and/or SPSS for statistical analyses.
Speak and write fluently in the language of data, effectively conveying complex analyses to diverse audiences.
Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, nurturing productive working relationships.
Exhibit attention to detail and a profound understanding of quality assurance procedures.
